We provide a documented Green Cleaning , Low Environmental Impact Cleaning Policy using Johnson Diversy’s “Healthy High Performance Cleaning Program” throughout our entire company, a prerequisite to LEED Certification

Credit 3.2 Routine Custodial Effectiveness Assessments are conducted (1 Point)
Credit 3.3 Only Sustainable Cleaning Products and Materials are Purchased (1 Point)
Credit 3.4 Sustainable Cleaning Equipment is standard (1 Point)
Credit 3.5 Indoor Chemical and Pollutant Source Control is achieved with exclusive use of Johnson Diversy’s Green Seal’s certified chemicals and dispensing System (1 Point)

Micro fiber cleaning clothes and mops are used exclusively.
